The new Tape 'n Roller Plus has improved dispenser gear mechanisms for easier application and the refill is a one piece drop-in cartridge. The protective cap flips back and locks in place so it won't get lost, or get in the way. The tape is thinner too so it does not leave any bumps on paper.
